We are sitting on the couch and Jayden is "rolling," which is more like throwing, his cars off the couch. As he is doing this they hit me in the legs, which hurts. I ask him to stop once and he does it again. Here is the conversation that then ensues:

Me: Jayden, Don't touch me again with the cars.

Jayden: You mean don't touch you even like this with the cars?

(as he gently touches my arm with a car)

Me: YES! Now give me the cars!

Oh, the joy! We can all be so ornery sometimes!
